Benjamin Marple Place is the newest addition to Marlton Village Professionals.  This location runs from Main Street thru to Oak Avenue and has plenty of available parking. The three story original farm house, which sits on Main Street, has undergone major interior renovations.

Future plans include renovations to the warehouse add-on and the ice house building.  These renovations will include a shared conference room, along with additional office suites.

When we purchased this building it was being used as a Napa Auto Parts store and warehouse. We gutted and reconfigured the interior to provide collaborative office space. Modern updates were added while keeping the historic elements found within the building.
