The William Hammit House

2 North Maple Avenue
Marlton, NJ

C. 1835

Originally built as a single family residence, this 1835 Italianate structure is one of the most high-style of Marlton’s Victorian-era buildings.  The house was converted into a double in the late 19th century and was used as a residence until 1940.  It was then converted for business use.
